ABOUT

Having always had a passion for art and fashion, training to be a make up artist seemed like a natural career path for Alex to take.

She trained at the brilliant Session School in London, under the highly acclaimed and talented make up artist Dani Guinsberg.

After her training, Alex went on to assist Dani on photo shoots, and has assisted some of the industry’s top make up artists (including the amazing Naoko Scintu, Wendy Rowe and Isamaya Ffrench), as well as having worked with many great photographers.

She has worked on many high profile campaigns and commercials as well as the shows at London Fashion Week - recently lead make up artist for the Oliver Spencer show at the men’s shows and on the brilliant Hungvanngo's team for Matty Bovan. She also does kids shoots and editorials.

Shows include Burberry (Wendy Rowe), Mulberry (Miranda Joyce) and Margaret Howell (Miranda Joyce) amongst others and London Collections Men each year.

Alex is all about skin and her make up is always fresh and clean with big emphasis on creating natural looking radiant skin.

Alex currently travels between London and Brighton working on editorials and look books, as well as working for private clients.

Alex is BABTAC insured and has a little black book of contacts of hair stylists, photographers, stylists and locations if you‘re planning a shoot.
